Registration

All registrations are made via EDAS. We have provided several methods of payment. Registration and fees are due by 5 November 13 November 2010. 

 

  1. Click Register or the register icon on your paper details page:
  2. Select your registration type. Discounts are available for students and IEEE members.
  3. Proceed to make payment.  The registration fees are as follows.

Non-IEEE Students* RM 650 USD 280
IEEE Member RM 700 USD 325
Others RM 950 USD 450

*Student registration is only eligible for those with a valid student ID

Visa Assistance

You may obtain information regarding visas to enter Malaysia from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  Attendees who require visa assistance should contact the organizers.

Covering the Expenses for Paper Publication

Do not jeopardize the publication of your work in the proceedings! An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full-fee registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 13 November 2010 (revised date). In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

To qualify for member and student rates, the membership number or student ID must be provided in EDAS. No exception.

Proceedings

The attendee CD-ROM or USB will be published under ISBN 978-1-4244-8646-5; the publisher catalog number is CFP10526-CDR. The electronic proceedings will be published under ISBN 978-1-4244-8648-9; the publisher catalog number is CFP10526-ART.
